No — the Growth Engine works with any existing academy, regardless of how or who built it. You just need a live academy on any platform (LearnWorlds, Kajabi, Skool, Thinkific, etc.). If you haven't built your academy yet, the Academy Foundation package is the right starting point.
Is there a minimum contract length?

There's a one-month minimum to allow proper setup and for the first round of work to be delivered. After month one, you can cancel with 14 days' notice before your next billing date. I don't lock clients into long contracts — I'd rather earn the ongoing relationship month by month.

Minimal. You'll spend roughly 3–5 hours per month on our monthly review call and approving deliverables. Everything else is handled. For workshop creation, I'll need your input on the topic and any existing materials — beyond that, the scripting, production, and setup are all on my side.

Onboarding includes a voice and brand audit where I study how you write, speak, and present. Workshop scripts are written to match your natural delivery style, not a generic template. Most clients say their audience can't tell the difference — which is the goal.
